Our History
Peoples Advantage Federal Credit Union (PAFCU), formerly known as Fibers Federal Credit Union, was charted in 1966 with Allied Chemical (now Honeywell) as our sole sponsor.
After that Peoples Advantage served over 60 companies. It is our belief that credit union membership should be available to everyone. Due to this belief we wanted to provide membership to as many individuals as possible. That is when Peoples Advantage adopted a new charter.
Peoples Advantage FCU now has a community charter. This allows individuals within the communities we serve to join simply by residing in the area. We are very excited to now be a part of a growing community. Peoples Advantage FCU is a very safe and stable financial institution. NCUA allows us to insure our members' funds up to $250,000.
We work very hard to provide superior service to our members. We are committed to helping our members' achieve greater financial success.
